In this video, you will expand beyond the some basic stretching techniques. Isabel takes us through a general full body stretch sequence at an intermediate level. With this class you will gain some tools for getting a great warmup and overall stretch. There is a strong emphasis on alignment and technique.She touches on how to get in to training your splits as well a small introduction to heart opening/backbends.
