This short warm up sequence is designed to get your body moving and your muscles burning so that you can take on your workout, dance rehearsal, or stretching session with energy and a body that is warm. You will feel your heart rate elevate as well as a burn throughout your body. Make modifications where necessary and give it all you have. You can use this by itself or before any workout or stretch routine to get your body ready for whatever physical activity you have planned. Enjoy and sweat on my friends.
Isabel is a world renowned professional Latin Dancer. She is known for dynamic performances and detailed instruction. Isabel hails originally from North Carolina, but has spent the last five years training as well as spreading her knowledge and coaching in New York City. She has extensive experience teaching salsa, bachata, pachanga, cha cha, stretching, conditioning and dance technique.
