You will feel your heart rate elevate as well as a burn throughout your body. Make modifications where necessary and give it all you have. Isabel hails originally from North Carolina, but has spent the last five years training as well as spreading her knowledge and coaching in New York City. She has extensive experience teaching salsa, bachata, pachanga, cha cha, stretching, conditioning and dance technique.
