Beginners Stretch Sequence
A great stretch sequence to get you started in your flexibility and mobility practice.
In this video Isabel goes through some basic stretching sequences to get you started on learning the basics of stretching and flexibility training. There is a strong emphasis on alignment and technique.
You can use this sequence as often as you would like. You can use it as a warm up or cool down, or simply on its own. The more often you complete this video, the more likely you are to see results. Flexibility and mobility are a lifelong commitment, so stay patient and determined and you are likely to reach your goal!

Isabel hails originally from North Carolina, but has spent the last five years training as well as spreading her knowledge and coaching in New York City. She has extensive experience teaching salsa, bachata, pachanga, cha cha, stretching, conditioning and dance technique.
